Clinical Services
Payment is due at the time of each session. Please contact me to discuss self-pay options and how I might assist you in securing insurance coverage.
Consultation & Training Services
Rates depend on the service requested and in consideration of the consulting and/or training needs of the party seeking the service. Please contact me with your request and I will provide a proposal.
BETWEEN SESSIONS CONTACT & AVAILABILITY
Due to my work schedule and the nature of my work, I am often not immediately available by phone. When I am unavailable, my telephone is answered by a voicemail system. I will make every effort to return your call within one to two business days. If you are difficult to reach, please inform me of some times when you might be available. Also, please indicate if it is permissible to leave a message for you at the return number you provide. If you are unable to reach me, if you cannot await a returned call, if it is an emergency, if there is a crisis needing immediate attention, and/or if you believe that your safety is at all compromised, please contact your primary care physician, call 911, and/or proceed to the nearest local emergency room and ask for the psychologist or psychiatrist on call.
CANCELLATION AND RE-SCHEDULING POLICY -
24-hour notice is kindly requested. Payment for the session will otherwise be expected.
